Most accidents are caused by human error. The purpose of this handbook is to provide employees with general rules for safe work procedures. This can be accomplished only through the cooperative efforts of management and employees working together to continuously promote safety awareness and safe work practices. All levels of management and all employees have a primary responsibility for the safety and well-being of themselves and their coworkers.
